The Arc-en-ciel school / ESI Nendaz-Siviez, is....
A small-scale ski school with a family atmosphere and a warm, friendly spirit — this is what defines the Arc-en-ciel Ski School. Since 1998, we have built solid experience that provides our clients with a true guarantee of quality.
For us, teaching skiing is above all a moment of sharing and a meaningful experience. This is why we keep our groups small, ensuring that both children and adults receive the time, attention, and personalised support they need.
Our instructors, whether local or from abroad, are all trained internally and/or certified by Youth & Sport and/or Swiss Snowsports. Loyal to the school for many years, they form a skilled, flexible, and multilingual team that enjoys working together season after season.
Since 2025, Oriane and Daniel, who manage the school, are committed to ensuring smooth, professional, and attentive organisation. They are always available to support you and provide the best possible experience.
We warmly welcome you and look forward to seeing you on the slopes!

History
Since July 2025, the Arc-en-ciel Ski School / ESI Nendaz – Siviez has been led by Oriane and Daniel, who continue the adventure with passion and enthusiasm. The school has also moved into its new premises in Siviez, located in the Rosablanche building, between Gaby Sport and On The Mountain.
Before this new chapter, the school was managed by Tania Fournier and Julie Rindlisbacher-Beachler, who took over the transition from 2020 onwards. That same year marked a refreshing change with the relocation of our reception to the On The Mountain sports shop in Siviez and the handover of management from Marina to Julie.
Going back a bit further, in 2013, founder Marina Praz-Wicki, after several years leading the school, partnered with her ski instructor Tania Fournier to continue developing the school together.
And at the very beginning: the Arc-en-ciel Ski School was created in September 1998 by Marina Praz-Wicki, Germaine Lathion, and Sylvie Schneiter, with the ambition to offer a teaching method specially tailored for very young children.
Today, as always, our team remains driven by the same passion, professionalism, and joy in welcoming you to the slopes!

Very high level ski school. As attentive to little beginners as to teenagers. Teachers and administrative staff are top notch. Personally we have been attending this school for over 20 years and the quality is always there.

- The international Ecoles de Ski [‘Ski schools’] are independent organisations that have got together and adopted a common quality charter to provide very high quality services. All of them were set up by professionals keen to provide snow sports instruction in a new way that is more people-orientated, with more personalised services.
- This history has been key to shaping our identity: day after day, we are driven by our enthusiasm for sharing and for creativity as well as by our independent mindset and the love of a job well done.
